March 4, 2011 - Meta4 has just completed participation in the Michigan Assessment Consortium's "Building and Using Common Assessments." We are looking forward to working with districts to develop assessments to inform instruction!

February 25, 2011 - Meta4 attended Michigan Science Teachers Association annual conference where we were officially trained to conduct roll-out sessions of "High Priority Science Expectations," developed by MAISA and Michigan ISD's.

January 2011 - Meta4 had another successful book fair at Barnes and Noble. The proceeds will support scholarships for students in our programs. A giant thank you to all who supported us by purchasing books!!

October 30, 2010 - Black Box 180 presented an excellent and wildly successful performance of Dinner Theatre Murders! Great direction and stage set-up, wonderful food, excellent stage performances, and an opportunity to participate in the outcome of this Agatha Christie-esque mystery made for a wonderfully fun evening for audiences! Thank you to all involved including Creative 360, Cafe American, and our delightful cast and director Sue Hearn!

Feb. 16, 2010 - We earned over $500 through the Barnes & Noble Book Fair program! These funds will help purchase books for our S*M*A*R*T math mentoring program. Thanks to the community who participated in our book fair by using our coupon! AND we received a total donation value of over $450 from individual donors, also for the S*M*A*R*T program. Thank you to everyone for your generosity!
